Forgot to post back yesterday. Done 100 on the total gym at a level 3 incline. Did 50 "real" ground pushups the day before. :-) As apposed to the girly ones my sister gives me a hard time about. LOL

You should eat a little more on days you exercise. I usually will try to eat back half the calories I burn by exercise. You want to make sure your body has enough food to keep your body going and prevent going. So people eat all the calories back others don't. I think its kind of a personal decision. Just my opinion. :-)

I take a one a day multi vitamin -- womans active mind and body. Also calcium with D3, fish oil, and potassium. Then I do and shot of the emergen-C every morning for vitamin C.

Way to go! That is a good time for your first 10K. The only thing I would recomment is to make sure you are getting outside run time. Running on a treadmill is very different than running on the road. I trained on the treadmill and I thought I was going to die the first time I ran outside. LOL Congrats again on the run.…

I would track your measurements as well. I wasnt loosing weight but I was loosing inches and that is a good sign and was good enough to keep me going. Also track your sodium intake. If you are consuming to much sodium you will retain water and not lose weight. I cant see your diary so I dont know for sure what you are…
