I think it will be a good idea to start 3 new topic's - 1 for each team - so we can chat amongst our fellow team members, offer support advice etc? Would the team captains need to start these up?

I personally can't wear mix matching - looks far too weird. Never noticed other people wearing mix matching - I'll be looking out for it when I go on holiday now!

I LOVE tattoo's on guys - but they have to be tasteful, not just random tattoo's here and there (unlike mine) Piercing's not taken by them to be honest.

I used to dance when I was younger so thought Zumba would be right up my street. It kinda was although I did feel a bit of a tit shaking my *kitten* and boobs so much! I've had exactly the same problem! I have had to take a day off to let them recover a bit and just doing a Yoga class tonight for a bit of stretching. Back on the treadmill tomorrow. I would personally say, don't over do it, you don't want it to get worse and have to take more than a few days off!
