You won't want to stop because it is interesting and keeps you thinking about something besides how many minutes you have left. I never used to like long runs OR audio books, but this seriously does the trick for me. Plus, it's…

It works like a charm and you get non-processed, healthy, protein packed meals. I usually cook a lot of…

Hi! I totally understand food on the go... Are you able to use a microwave?? When I worked long and unconventional hours I found that soup and/or food that could be zapped and eaten were way better than always relying on cold food. Especially in the fall winter, I always wanted WARM food so I would sub my homemade sandwich…

Yep, I mixed up the sauce in a bowl first and then when I flipped the chicken I smothered the grilled side with the sauce so it sank in while the other side of the chicken was cooking in the skillet.

:blushing: I know what you mean about the ketchup... I lived in China for over a year and my Chinese friends would DIE if they knew I put KETCHUP into a 'Chinese' sauce... that being said, you can't taste it. If you don't want to add it, I would do 3 tbsp of Hoisin and add a splash of vinegar to compensate. Hope you enjoy…
