I have been sick this week so all I have wanted to do was sleep. I squeezed in a couple of workouts, and barely made it through them. My whole body hurts, and I am so tired still. Should I just start this week over, or continue with the plan as started??

plyo was still difficult...i did it yesterday because i worked a double shift on saturday. tonight will be back and biceps!! have a good week!!

Last nights shoulders arms and tris left me sore today. All I can say is Tri Side Rise OUCH!!! The dreaded Plyo tonight...

I put the same pressure on myself. It is going by very fast for me. However I think this first phase has been about getting into a routine and gaining some muscle. Now is when I really start to step it up and burn some fat!!

So even though I said I had Kenpo last night, it was actually Yoga. I looked at my calendar wrong. I am actually sore from the yoga today. I tried to pay attention to my breathing, and focused on doing the moves correctly and I think it made a difference. Happy hump day p90xers!!

Tonight is my least favorite Kenpo, but I am going to throw on some music and just do it!! I am sore from push ups last night, with Core Syn. Perhaps it will be a nice change from Cardio X.

I feel like I "work it" lol. Maybe I am just spoiled because I want to be dripping with sweat and almost dead to feel like I got a workout, maybe that is not the way to be. I will try to really get into it next time, and see if I can not make it work for me. Thanks for the reply :)

I was supposed to do Kenpo tonight. I did Cardio x instead. I just don't feel like I am working hard enough with Kenpo. Some people really love it. Do you think that Cardio X is a good substitute, or I am sabotaging my workout?? Thanks guys!! XOXO

Kenpo X tonight! Legs are still really sore from legs and back last night. I did better on the abs though. I made it through most of the workout without stopping, and did more reps then ever before!! Yay! Hope everyone has a great day!

Whoa! Made it through yet another round of Plyo and it was still hard. Those twist jumps kill me, then after that my legs have a hard time keeping it up. I went for a short warm up run beforehand, just 15 minutes, and I think that warmed my legs up enough to make the jumping easier then the last time. I feel like since it…

I ended up working out anyway. I made it through okay, I took a nap first. Today is Plyo! That exclamation point was hesitant. I love it, but I hate it! Thanks for your reply...

I am starting week 3 tonight, but I had some blood work done today. I feel okay I just do not know if I should do chest, back, and abs. Thoughts??

First thing is it Kenpo or Kempo, I have read both. That is what I am doing tonight. I had legs and back last night. My legs did not want to do it, but I pushed through. Hope everyone is okay this week!!!

I am so ready for Week 2!! Is it bad that I am still sore from doing Plyo on Saturday. That is def. the hardest on my body. I barely made it through it. My eating is fair. I am not following the meal plan, I am just eating lots of veggies and lean meat. I am really loving hot tea right now!! Hope everyone has a good day!!…

Tonight is Plyo, I am getting myself pumped way early, so I will be ready for it!! Chest and Back was hard last night, not to mention I barely clung on during Ab Ripper! Keep pushing guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did Legs and Back yesterday, those wall squats are killer! 3rd time doing Ab ripper this go round, and it is still hard as all get out. Glad everyone is doing well and feeling positive!!

I am proud of you for using the pull-up bar even with the chair. That is still a big deal. Just tell yourself over and over again I love PLYO, that is what got me through it. That, and picturing my hot bod on the beach this summer.

I am on day 5 so I am doing legs and back with abs tonight, and I have been using the bands, because I do not have anywhere to install a pull up bar. I wish I did.
