It could be a muscle spasm or maybe that leg is just really weak. Talk to a doctor about it and he'll tell you what you can do :)

my bathroom floor is on a bit of a slant and i notice it I put it on the bottom end of the slant, I weigh more than I would at the top of the slant.

You'll lose water weight and if you're like me then you don't eat durring the flu. I had the flu about 3 years ago and I lost 5 lbs.

apples, oatmeal, grilled fish, any kind of fruit or veggie (but not bannanas), all that stuff is low cal :)

if you get hott durring your workouts, try working out in front of a fan. If you still break out, try using proactiv or clearasil. :)

I Learned that a calorie is a calorie. you can have 500 calories of fruit, or 500 calories of brownies and still weigh the same.

I don't know much about ADD but maybe if you had a craving, you'd just get distracted from it! :)
