keep trying... it gets easier. I start that exercise by rolling my body over the ball and then slowly moving forward until I am in position. I still tip now & then

chicken breasts in a crock pot with water, taco seasoning packet and some salsa...cook all day while at work, come home & shred with two forks and serve with whole wheat tortillas and taco toppings- lettuce, cheese, etc

I like to get ready cooked chickens and a bag of salad- first night is hot chicken breast with a salad on the side then I make chicken salad or chicken soup with the leftovers. crock pot is also good most fast food places have healthier options as well

Hang in there.. it's harder for us no question... but it's not impossible it took me 6 months to lose 13 lbs / 8 inches..... I still am working hard at it. You can do it to!!, hang in there and don't give up.

This is a paula deen recipe marinade your chicken breast in a little OJ & soy sauce, brown sugar, chopped garlic wrap a slice of bacon around the chicken breast and bake... serve over rice it's very yummy

this is my experience as well... I have been running on the treadmill and outside for five months, outside is much harder and more challenging.. so much that I prefer my treadmill. I still get a good w/o either way.

are you giving yourself a splurge day so you don't feel deprived? I figure so long as 90% of the time your eating ok.. the rest is fine. You were training pretty hard for that triathlon.. it's not unusual to be extra hungry after something like that.
