Why eat clean if you struggle with it? Just because something is a struggle doesn't mean you shouldn't even attempt to get better. I like doing theses challenges cause it helps motivate me and many members have found success in their weight loss! And that's why we're here, aren't we??

Nutrition is more important than calories. You can eat 1500 calories worth of candy and junk, but you're body will still be starving for nutrients. Feed the body the body with what it needs while keeping an eye on the calorie intake and the weight will come off.
