I am Ready to have my Body back after 3 Kids

Hello Everyone,

My name Nora, I am 26 years old. I have three wonderful, crazy kids 8, 5, and 4. Its been a while since I can say that my body is mine. I am ready and motivated to loose about 15-20 lbs. So I might need some help here and there. Thanks ! :)

    I only have one kid but I remember that feeling of not feeling like my body belonged to me. Add me as a friend if you want some support! I'm happy to help. :)
