I'd like to join this group! I still have a long way to go but I'm committed to getting there. I lost 33 lbs last year, and I have a goal of 100 lbs for 2012. This is a great idea!!!

Don't give up! When you mess up, start over right then..not on Monday or the first of the month. If points don't work for you, try counting calories. Always have a plan B, and C, and D...NEVER QUIT!

I wondered the same. I work my butt off with a trainer at the gym for an hour doing cardio and strengh training and it says I burn about 350 calories. It feels like a lot more than that, particularly at my weight.
