I was stuck for a LONG time. I started watching my sodium intake as well and it seems to help a lot. For me it helped more than when I did an hour in the morning and 1 hour and 1/2 at night.

My sister lost 15 lbs eating junk food, she just watched her calories and when that wasn't enough she watched her sodium too. But of course, try and eat more healthy foods too.

Nah. I would hire someone to keep track of every nutrient, and make me yummy healthy meals. Then I would do Turbo Kick for hours everyday... it's my favorite. I LOVE to jump and kick! Oh! And of course I would hire someone to teach me how to spin on my head and do a back flip, just for fun. You never know when those things…

I think it is about your personal preference. I love classes at the gym because I get motivated with everyone else and their energy. However, I like running alone best-- I can think and also go the pace I like. Try it out different ways and you'll find your style.
