I agree real food is the best way to fuel your body, but there are good products out there ... just what works for who. Not everyone is going to like one over the other or even that product will work with/for your body and goals.

remember numbers do not always show your progress .... remember the inches losts too :-) Sometimes the scale might not be moving but you are gaining muscle and losing fat so your inches lost will be greater than your weight loss..... sometimes we lose sight of just being healthy :-) Keep up the great work everyone.

5'1" goal weight ~115 have approx 5 pounds to go, but on the other hand when I do my body fat again if it is below 16% I do not care if I am 125, 120 or 115 I will have reached a goal I never thought possible. So we will see at years end :-)

preparing you meals ahead of time & taking the packed lunch is the way to go. Before you know it you will not even want the fast food :-)

Hello, Glad to hear you are going to crush P90X. As for AbX only do it 3 days a week. The key to P90X is muscle confusion strength workouts, cardio, strengtth , etc. If you are wanting to burn more you can do the doubles schedule... as for how much you will burn it will depend on the person themselves.
