  • i would say if you have been doing this for awhile to shake it up and change your exercise regime. But more importantly, watch your calorie intake. This is 80-90% of your diet, making sure that you have a deficit. Watching the sugar, sodium intake and making sure your clean protein intake is sufficient.

  • Lots of reasons for them, low bodyfat levels. Muscle hypertrophy is only gonna push veins to the surface more as well. Increased cardio capability will increase vein diameter and show them more. BE PROUD THE VEINS ARE SHOWING TAMI!!!!!!!!!
