I had one night like this....I was sitting on the floor with my daughter and went to get up and felt light headed and like the energy was completely sucked right out of me. I also was getting ready for TOM so that just added to the fatigue. I had already done one hour of my 2-hour cardio session and lifted earlier in the…

your caloric intake is important, but what you are eating is more important. When I was dieting down for show, the only carbs I ate was white sweet potatoes and raw oats. No fruit, no diary, no sugar, or bread. Protein was tilapia, salmon, top round I ground myself, egg whites, sometimes whole eggs, whey protein,…

IMO it's not about to eat or not to eat carbs, it's about what KIND you eat! I just finished competing in a figure comp and ate sweet potatoes and oatmel 6 times a day! If you keep your carbs clean, that is the key. This is what worked for me :) p.s. I still continue to eat these clean carbs, not just for comp prep

Labrada makes a good powder, I think some varieties have 25+ protein and 25 carbs in it, around 220 cals, (the lean body for her has 190 I think). I throw it in a shaker, (GNC carries these) add a little water and that's it. Super filling, if you have time, throw it in a blender with some peanut butter too, then you have…

if you go to Tosca Reno's Eat Clean diet, (google search it) she talks alot about it there. You basically eat as close to it's natural state, meaning no processed foods, whole grains, lean meats, etc. I follow it for the most part, but you will do what works for you. I was eating cottage cheese and some yogurt, but after…

Lots of reasons for them, low bodyfat levels. Muscle hypertrophy is only gonna push veins to the surface more as well. Increased cardio capability will increase vein diameter and show them more. BE PROUD THE VEINS ARE SHOWING TAMI!!!!!!!!!

not sure what kind of turkey it was, but just the sodium in that and the chips could have done it. When you eat something salty, try to compensate with extra water. Don't sweat it!
