So i have started running for an hour 2-4 times a week as well as remain active on the weekends with hiking and swimming and such and i am not losing any weight or leaning out? Anyone have any tips that might help me break through this so called plateau?

i would say if you have been doing this for awhile to shake it up and change your exercise regime. But more importantly, watch your calorie intake. This is 80-90% of your diet, making sure that you have a deficit. Watching the sugar, sodium intake and making sure your clean protein intake is sufficient.0

lift weights 3 days/week. You've got to build muscle to burn fat.0

You may not be eating enough if you're exercising that much. Also, definitely start some kind of strength training even if it's just with resistance bands and 5 lb dumbbells.0

Try increasing your calorie intake for a few days and then go back down. It worked for me more than once.0
