wow - i didn't realise that you've been only doing this for 3.5 months!! i have been losing weight for about 8 months and have lost 26 pounds in total - no fair!! wtg girl - i like the blue dress :-)

Hi thre! I had the same thought when I lost weight after my second baby. I did the CYQ Exercise To Music qualification as an evening option and got a job as soon as i qualified! I love aerobics and all fitness related stuff, so this was ideal for me. Contact your local FE college and see what they have on their timetable.…

Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are exercising lots then this is prob happening! Also, when you exercise you need to work at 'fat burning rate' rather than 'aerobic rate' as this will affect the way your body uses its resources.
