Plain greek yogurt with 1 tbsp of nutella mixed in. I use this as a dip for strawberries. Ghiradelli intense dark chocolate squares. I put them in the freezer and eat one daily if I'm good all day!!!

We all have days like this!!!! No worries, just keep going!!!! You'll get it figured out!!! With me, the air quality and weather tend to be big factors in my running and also my diet. When the air quality is bad or the weather is warmer, I struggle with my breathing. Try eating a banana and or banana with peanut butter…

Wow, why are you beating yourself up and putting so much pressure on yourself? Look at how much you have accomplished and I bet you are a whole lot better off than you were before you started doing these things. You have to look at this as being baby steps...each goal you accomplish gets you closer to an overall life…

Me! I completed the C25k program almost 3 years ago. Then I went on to complete a Bridge to 10k program. Then I went on to run a few half marathons! I love running!!!!

Assuming you can run 3 miles at least 3-4 times a week comfortable, I would say you could comfortably train for a half marathon in 12-14 weeks. You definitely want to pic a training plan and stick with it so you comfortably and gradually build up your mileage week by week and reduce your risk for injury. There are plenty…

I've been running for 3 years now. I started with the C25k program and now have a few half marathons under my belt. I would not be concerned about your slow pace right now. You will naturally get faster and your distance will get farther as your body adapts. Good luck with running and add me if you'd like support. My…

I agree with those that said to slow down on your pace! Just go as slow as you need to go. Download the Couch 2 5k and follow that training program. As the weeks progress, your pace will naturally get faster! Good Luck!

LOL!!!! My steady pace is between 9:20-9:40mm. My tempo pace is between 8:58-9:17. My slow/easy pace is between 10:00-10:45mm.

I feel my best when I run first thing in the morning! I'm not a morning person, but when I do get up between 5-5:30 to go running, I feel great!!! It's nice and cool and there's hardly any traffic out there! Plus, I can go about the rest of my day knowing that I already got my run in! I usually have a few sips of coffee…

Set your own goals for your first 5k. I think a good goal for you might be to be able to run/jog the whole time with no stopping. There will be plenty more 5ks to run and you can worry about beating your first 5k time later on down the road. Don't sweat it...just get out there and do it. Good Luck and congrats to you for…

It can be so frustrating when you are getting different numbers. I would just choose the average of all the numbers you get and eat that many calories and see how you feel. If you feel like you are starving, then add in a extra snack. HTH.
