Three whole scambled eggs, two slices of bacon and cantelope, with a glass of almond milk.0

2 organic fresh eggs from a local farm, half a whole wheat bagel, 3 small slices of extra lean turkey ham and a banana.0

Cottage cheese, tomato, avocado on a bed of spinach, with a tsp of olive oil.0

Banana Kale smoothie with coconut water and flax seed.0

A cup of chocolate soy milk.0

A chunk of homemade apple cake, a tsp peanut butter, 6 dates and some lemon yoghurt...
... And then a banana in more yoghurt :laugh:0 -
Chobani Raspberry Yogurt
1/8 cup Quaker Granola
1/8 cup Archer Farms Heart HEalthy Blueberry Nut Mix
1/2 tbsp organic flaxseed meal
1/3 cup blackberries
1/3 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup coffee with a tbsp of half n half.
Layer in a tall glass and enjoy...it is Heaven!0 -

Medium Cappuccino(homemade daily), 2% Fage Yogurt with Blue berries at 6am. At 10am I have Oatmeal and Whey protein powder.0

Two fried eggs with chunk potato hash browns two slices of unbutter whole wheat toast and 3 strips of bacon... it was glorious and definitely not my usual... if it weren't pouring today I would go refresh my fridge will some proper food lol.0

I had half a cup of potatoes and a cup of fajita veggies scrambled with one egg and topped with salsa picante!0

Shredded wheat cereal with a sliced half of banana, a few sliced strawberries and a handful of blueberries. Plus about a quarter of a cup of whole milk.0

I ate two 3/4 cup (30g) servings of Barbara's original Puffins cereal and two one ounce servings of skim milk0

Aldi malted wheats (60g) with warm unsweetened soya milk (150ml) and a glob of greek yoghurt on top (50g).0

One hard boiled egg and a cup of coffee. I eat super light when I sleep in, since I end up having lunch about an hour or two later.0

I've been putting coffee in my smoothies...
2 C spinach
1/2 C unsweetened almond milk
1/2 C water
1 tsp espresso powder
1 T raw cacao powder (unsweetened--not chocolate, just the naked powder)
1/2 banana
1/2 C frozen mixed berries
2 T flax meal
1 T almond or peanut butter
sometimes I add cinnamon, almond or vanilla extract in place of the espresso (or sometimes in addition to)
Whiz in the blender for a few minutes and drink up! Yum!0 -
Just coffee and water. That's all this guy needs in the morning.0
