1/2 Cup Oats ground in food processor/chopper
1/2 Cup Flax Meal
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
5 Tablespoons Butter

Mix dry ingredients together. They can be stored in the refrigerator until ready to use. Put fruit in a 1 Cup ramekin or baking dish and microwave for 1 minute. In a small bowl mix 1/4 cup of the dry ingredients and 1/2 TBSP butter. Take the fruit out of the microwave and crumble the mixture over the top.
