I tried making some a week or two ago and I didn't get the expected result.... Some were crisp, some weren't ... I need to give them a try again.

When people write "bump", they are "bump"-ing the message thread to keep it near the top of the list so that more people will see it easily. Another way of saying it's worthy of notice.

  • I suggest trying some nutritional yeast on your kale chips! It is a guilt free way to get a cheesy, buttery and salty flavor. Also, if you are a fan of bbq style chips, try making them with a few sprays of liquid aminos (basically tastes like a mixture between soy sauce and liquid smoke)

    So good!

ALSO, if you like kale chips, you can make spinach chips the same way!

Kale chips are fantastic. As an alternative method (if you're running short on time or don't want to use oil,) then you can actually make them in the microwave and they still come out pretty good.

Just nuke them one layer at a time for around 3-4 min (stopping periodically to check on them - nothing is worse than an over done kale chip,) and then sprinkle with a bit of salt, and you're good to go :)
