My best scale are the people I see once a month...those are my biggest fans..."you just keep shrinking" if it wasn't for them I would have been a wreck by now. they really do notice the difference overall. scale can be tricky at times.

900...wow...I burn about 400 or a little over walking at 2.5 and keeping my heart rate at 149. That happens within 45 mins. To burn 900 is just geez...i'd be exhausted. Maybe its possible for some based on the goals, the type of meal plan, but its a bit much for me.:)

I just wanted to encourage you to continue on the path you are on. Gaining two pounds within two weeks could mean a number of things but it doesn't mean you will go back to where you were before. wow! That is one of the of things I have contemplated when I lose weight. Not just the women's reaction but also the men. it will be interesting to see the attention losing weight draws b/c we all know it is inevitable. I think it's smart that you move forward :)
