430 calories I guess that's one good thing about not having a close family and not going back home for Thanksgiving is I can still keep it healthy. But enjoy everybody, one day off your diet won't hurt, it will actually be good for your metabolism.

alcohol is empty calories and those alone won't pack on weight. I love my crock pot, it makes people think I'm an awesome cook when I really just turned it on and let it cook all day haha. I like the digital ones, because if you're at work all day you can set it to turn on at like 10am and it's done when you get home from work.

it will definitely take time and different parts will change at a different pace. This reminds me of a quote I heard, "Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was your body." Keep up the great work and it will all pay off.

it will definitely take time to build up your endurance. I never used to be a runner when I was younger and got into it this year and 2 weeks ago I ran a 12 mile trail race through the woods without stopping. I would suggest you start a good cardio program to get your lungs and heart in shape, that's what worked for me.
