Jillian Michaels: 6 Week Six-Pack

Just read a post about Jillian Michaels DVD's, but still had a question.

I'm 5'2, and weigh around 107, and want to tone up. Would her 6 Week Six-Pack be a good DVD to start with, or would i find it too difficult? Should i opt for the 30 Day shred first?

Any response is appreciated as i don't want to waste my money :)

    I have not tried the 6 week 6 pack but I have done 30 day shred after the first week I could already see a difference in muscle tone so I highly recomend it ;)

    Have you tried RevAbs from Beachbody? That's a great program to tighten up the core.
