    I was rushing out the door this morning, so I just grabbed a Luna bar. But, usually I have the same breakfast daily: a mini bagel w/an egg white and a slice of soy cheese, and a Fage yogurt on the side. I love it, and there's so much protein :)
  • 2 whole eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1/2 cup hashbrows, 1 cup whole milk.

    Shake made with:
    8 oz unsweetened chocolate almond milk
    4 oz ice cold water
    1 scoop RAW Meal Replacement powder
    1 scoop Green Vibrance green superfood powder
    1 scoop Joint Vibrance powder
    1 scoop Miracle Reds red superfood powder
    1 TBSP organic unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 TBSP xylitol

    Calories: 310
  • I usually don't have that much time for breakfast so I will have a 1/2 c of cereal with some strawberries and almond milk, if you fill your bowl with fruit it cuts down on the calories and you are still full!!! Another good one is some greek yogurt with sliced almonds strawberries and granola.

    These are pretty filling too!

  • steel cut oats mixed with natural peanut butter and a banana topped with cinnamon, also two slices of whole wheat toast.
  • Body by Vi protein powder with Silk Dark Chocolate Milk and frozen strawberries...yummmo!

    coffee and shredded wheat cereal and 1% milk. and then another coffee that i counted in breakfast, tho it was nearly 11 am by then.

    We had the same breakfast! But I put a half tsp sugar in my cereal, and some half n half in my coffee.
    Then later I had 1/4 cup of Planters Energy Mix. I'm ready for lunch now, then the gym.

    Oatmeal with blueberries and a toasted Orowheat Sandwich Thin (no topping; I love the taste all by itself!). :smile:

  • A frittata made with skim milk and no oil, with mushrooms, spinach, and zucchini. (: One 4"x4" square was only around 275 calories and 15 grams of protein. (I still have to calculate everything, so these are only super rough estimates...but still!) It was delicious.

    On the go this morning, so it was a Starbucks soy latte and a Luna bar. However, I usually have hot tea and old fashion oatmeal with raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries.

    Had a hot protein pumpkin spice latte:

    1.5 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1/4 cup pumpkin puree
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp artificial sweetener or to taste

    Heat above in saucepan until steaming. Meanwhile mix 1/4 cup strong coffee or espresso slightly cooled with 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. Add to steaming liquid along with 1 tsp vanilla. Heat to desired temp. Pour in blender and cover tightly. step back (just in case) and blend 10-15 seconds. Pour in tall mug, top with light whip (if desired) and sprinkle with cinnamon.

    My favorite breakfast!

    I had an omelet made with 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, chopped fresh mushrooms, chopped fresh tomato, sliced low sodium deli ham, and a little bit of shredded cheese. Very tasty and filling!

    Mine was on the go......coffee with 2 Tbsp Coffee Mate Natural Bliss, caramel. Vitalicious pumpkin spice Vitatop and a banana. Delicious!
