Welcome! Don't worry about weighing yourself. Use a tape measure (you can even print one out online!) every few weeks. I know that I am guily of weighing myself too often (like every other day haha) and I get discouraged when I don't see results. Feel free to add me :)

I NEED some support too! I know we are young, but losing weight in college is hard. I'm a junior journalism major who works for residence life (meaning all of my meals are in the almost always unhealthy dining hall.) I'm up for supporting others, as long as they hold me accountable. We can reach healthy together!
