instant oatmeal. I make chocolate chip, cinnamon bun, or maple just add 1 tsp of brown sugar and 2oz of milk.....So good. and only 165 cals. If I'm hungry at mid morning i have 1/2 cup of coffee....takes my hunger away.

I was waiting for the stair climber and the guy had warts on his hands. I was signed up next for it so I walked up and saw this....I didn't want to use it anymore.....even tho he wiped it down. I could tell he knew. Very awkward......

I think you should let you knee heal more. It does take awhile.....but beats slowing the healing process down more. You will get there. Trust me....been there,done that. Swimming is a great workout and easy on the knees.

from the postings I see HRM seems to give a lot more cals and if that was the case wouldn't everyone be skinny??? I'm having trouble believing it.

I was lazy this morning but thought I would do the 20min at least ended up doing 41 min cuz I was caught up watching the food channel. Happy Friday!

Just make sure you use sweet and low......0 cals. I think then she will be ok with it. LOL

I have 1-2 week. Not cuz it's bad but I'm not a big soda person. But I switched to 0 cal soda and they are great. I haven't heard anyone say it's bad for you.

I'm not going to tell you to get over it cuz it does take time. But i will say you made the right decision breaking up with him. It sounds like he was on there before you broke up. And that's a shaddy person. Be friends if you want but it will only make it drag on. Good luck.

Just looking at your last food diary. You are wasting a lot of cals on one sitting. You can't skip meals either. So better choices on meals so you can spread you cals out.
