I too would go to maintenance for a week and call it good. Your body needs a break every now and then. Take this break and enjoy!! Then when you are healed you can hit it hard, but right now rest and enjoy life!!!

I totally agree with you. I am going to watch that special tonight on my iPad. It is really sad to see so many families bogged down by so much weight. Kids are facing new challenges that we as kids never had to face. We all have to make changes to stop this epidemic!!

Yes, you are correct, if you are doing a 15% cut, then you would be at 1978. You want to eat that much even on days that you do not workout. I used to net way below 1200 calories and I felt like crap. Now with my cut value I am eating 1925 calories and do not feel guilty at all!! I cannot believe how much better I feel. I had to have my thyroid removed 2 years ago so I have to take a thyroid replacement for life. I don't take my meds at the same time every morning, I just wait 30 min to eat after I take my dose. I had 3 different people today tell me how thin I looked. They also commented that I looked very fit!! What a compliment.
