I am adopted but I have met my biological aunt, she has had 2 breast reductions. I was not try to catch anyone's attention with this but it is an issue I need to have information on. I do not have insurance and can't get coverage any other way so the Doctor is not an option for me. Thanks though

W1D1 done, my daughter and I ran or walk/slow jogged this afternoon. She ran behind me crying the whole time. She is 9 and weighs 141pounds. What I am trying to do is make a list on poster board, i want to make it easy for my 9 year old to see what choices we can make good and bad. LOL, She has been going to the nutritionist since Feb. Seems to just be getting worse. They just tell us that she needs to eat better. I have only had one day I ate over 2200 calories since I started this, still was under my calorie goal even on that day. Today I am under my goal still too, so i have not cheated.
