Bra Sizes?

I have a very small band size, 36 for now possible 34. But my cup size is huge. They actually put me in an H. I did find a sports bra that I can work out in and that fits right but It is a size 38 I .
If I loose weight, which my boobs grow with each child I have, even now they have grown with out any children in the last 4 years. They keep getting bigger. Will they go down when i loose?
I hope they will go down when I loose.
I know that my right shoulder is constantly hurting now and in pain. I believe it could be due to the wrong bra and the weight of my boobs are a lot.
I hope they will go down with weight loss but how much is a reasonable size to expect.

I can't speak from experience, but I'd say you just caught the attention of every creeper on MFP.
If they are a physical problem and getting in the way of buying bras / clothes and working out , I'd see a doctor to discuss reduction.
That seems like a situation where health insurance would cover the surgery.0 -
I am adopted but I have met my biological aunt, she has had 2 breast reductions. I was not try to catch anyone's attention with this but it is an issue I need to have information on. I do not have insurance and can't get coverage any other way so the Doctor is not an option for me. Thanks though0

I come from a line of short huge breasted women lol. YES, your boobs should decrease as you lose weight (thank GOD!!).
In the meantime, wear two sports bras. I've some that fit, but none that properly supported the twins.
It's impossible to say how small they'll shrink. My mother lost weight years ago, wore a size 0, and still had DDs. She didn't have shoulder issues, but she weight trained -- so do that. Build the muscles in your back and core to support the girls.0 -
Is your question "Will my breasts get smaller?". If so, the answer is "possibly".0

I've lost a lot, and my boobs did get smaller. I was a DDD when I was at my highest, and I am at a D to a DD depending on the style. It does also help to do upper body strength training because that will help them firm up and shrink a bit too.0

Because your ticker shows you plan to lose 95lbs...yes your boobs will shrink Maybe even drastically! Just keep measuring across the nipples, and below the boobs (where the band is). You may be surprised... I lost five inches in band size with only 20lbs gone *unfortunately I wasn't measuring the actual girls*0

Every time I see a thread like this, I remember the Chappelle Show skit about how titties will save the world.0

I have gone from a G to a D (in australian sizes) in 34 pounds, it was the first to leave.0

Yes, don't worry, if you keep working to lose weight generally, your boobs will definitely get smaller.0

My sister is much bigger than you in size all over, she's up in the 300+lbs area. She's losing weight and has mentioned to me that her breasts have lost a little bit of size as her bra is looser than it was and she thinks she will need to go down a size.
Hers are so large if she could afford it she would pay for a reduction to be free of the problem and the pain.
Pain in the shoulders and back is quite a common complaint with women with large breasts. It;s understandable because all that weight is in one area of the body.
I have regular sized arms and legs but carry all my excess weight on my torso/trunk. Because of this there is a lot of weight at the front on my stomach. This pulls my spine out of shape, especially if i'm doing something energetic like walking fast. The rhytmic bouncing of my belly pulls my back out slightly as if its being tugged with each step and so i'm in constant pain. My back is damaged from lifting incorrectly in the past anyway, so this really doesn't help.
So although slightly different I can sympathise with how you feel dealing with the pain caused by having a weight in an specific area that is forcing your posture to alignment.
It's not ideal but if you are exercising could you strap them down with bandages so you don't have the swing with the bounce and so reduce the pulling and pain?
I hope that you get this sorted out quickly and don't have the pain to deal with for much longer.0 -

when i lost nearly 3 stone over 3 years i went from a 38G to a 34C-D which i was very very happy with no more backache no more spilling out of tops, much to my fella's dismay. although i've put a stone back on and only gone up to a DD which i'm still very happy with! but 4 more months and hopefully they'll be gone too. they will get smaller for you but the worst thing is waiting for the skin to shrink back, but if you get a good skin toner it'll feel like you're dong something productive!0

Mine got smaller, but make sure you are getting sized correctly and trying things on before you buy them. According to Victoria's Secret and their wrong-o calculations, I should be wearing a 36A. But after being sized properly and trying on different styles, I am wearing a 32C. Even though they are "sister sizes" the larger band with a smaller cup fit terribly and was horribly uncomfy.
When I lost weight this past year, my cup size didn't change, the band size did. I went from 34C to 32C in 3 months of losing body fat.0
