Juice is full of calories, where water is not. That is the difference. Try drinking water with some lemon juice added, or a calorie free drink mix~the kind you just add to the water.

I met him when I was in third grade and he was in fifth. Our mom's had us play together during a PTA meeting. That was 25 years ago.

It sounds like you did fabulous! If a chant is what it takes for you to keep up what you are doing, I say chant away!!

I weigh myself once a week--same day and close to same time. Your weight will fluctuate throughout the day, so do not go making yourself crazy checking it all the time. Checking it once a week, same time/day, will USUALLY give you the most accurate update. Good Luck!!! :happy:

Just a heads up. I took Phentremine and lost 60 pounds in like 3-4 months. When I stopped taking it, I gained 80 back. NOT saying that will happen to you, just something to think about. :happy: Also, they are right. Lower your caffeine intake and the jitters should not be so bad.
