Go here, http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4195843 and read. Do a solid cardio workout a few times a week at least. Experiment with HIIT programs And don't be a typical bro, your legs are more important than your arms and chest.

Been doing it for quite a while, I love it. But it does depend on the gym. The quality of the coaching varies on all sides of the spectrum. My gym is really hardcore on form and safety, but I know of other gyms which are very relaxed on what proper form is, and disregard safety almost, if not entirely. Give it a try if you…

You could get some tattoos. It wasn't until after I got my first tattoo work that I realized it covered the stretch marks. It was a pretty awesome bonus.

Been counting down the days!

My best is 3 in a row. When I started I could barely do 1 with a spotter. If you can, have a spotter hold your ankles and you can use them as a platform to help you. Practice your ring dips and strict pullups too

At my old gym some college bro that weighed about 10lbs soaking wet, walks into the weight room and goes right to the bench press. Puts on wayyyyy too much weight for his size, and with his spotter, who was the same tiny build, manages to get the bar off the rack. Right after the spotter let the bar go, it seemed that the…

I love it. Great workout, can get pretty expensive, but from my own experience it has been worth it. Typically, its very intense workouts, that change constantly and are SUPPOSED to adapt to your own skill level. But as stated earlier, some gyms aren't as good as others, and you can get injured easily.

Fair enough lol. I agree, assuming her goal isn't being the next Rich Gaspari, Insanity/p90 would probably be the best route.

If your goal is to build muscle, and you had one guy doing heavy compound lifts and one guy doing p90X with resistance bands. I'm going to go ahead and put money that the guy lifting weights is going to put on a lot more muscle in the same amount of time as the other guy.

In bed by 10, up at 430. At the gym by 515

Depends on your goal, the infomercials are a bit misleading. With that being said: If you want to burn fat and get lean, they work great. People have awesome results. If building muscle is your goal, then no, they won't do a damn thing. Go lift weights....

Trying to quit smoking and change your eating habits at the same time will probably make you crazy. I smoked about a pack a day for almost 6 years, and it wasn't until I quit that I really embraced my current healthy living lifestyle. My major motivation for quitting was the fact that it killed my endurance when working…
