I find that in order to lose weight exercise AND eating well (healthy food) with the occasional treat granted, is so much better than just exercise alone.

i warm up 300ml of skimmed milk in the mic, two teaspoons of coffee and a load of low cal sweetner. Satisfies my sweet tooth and tides meover till lunch :)

My boyfriend is doing Insanity at the minute, i'm working my way up to it SLOWLY and have just started 30 day shred. Insanity looks, well INSANE as the name suggests! Can't wait to be fit enough to give it a try.

Hey, I started 30 DS on the 2nd August and loving it. One question I have is what would you record it as to work out how many calories you get for one work out? Aerobics High impact is what I usually put but I am a bit unsure...? :)

I started last week and have gone way over my protein each day but stayed under my carbs, fats and calories each day. Weigh in tomorrow so we'll see if it's bad

Turns out that restaurant was too busy to get food so I ended up just drinking.....no dinner :/ but had more calories for drinks.

Great advice thanks everyone! I'm talking dinner, drinks, dancing more drinks haha! I'll go light during the day and get the exercise in, in the morning and maybe some more when I finish work at 2pm. Yeah I think i'll stick to the Gin and Slim Line tonic, pretty low in calories compared to wine etc. Thanks so much everyone…
