Is this sufficient?

I am a teacher and have had the pleasure of 6 weeks off this summer where I have been at the gym pretty much 6 days a week, whatever time of day I like which has been amazing.

I have also managed to lose 18lb since May - about 10lb of which has been over the summer :)

I have a couple of lb left before I start to maintain but there is no way I will be able to sustain 6 days a week in the gym once I go back to work, so I am going to narrow it down to 4 days but on a couple of the days I will do about 2 hours exercise.

This is what I am planning:

Tues - 50/55 Mins Cardio (either running or mixed cardio machines in the gym)

Wed - Body Pump (55 mins) then Swim (30/35 mins)

Sat - Zumba (45 mins) then Body Pump (55 Mins)

Sun - Ashtanga Yoga (45 Mins - this is a new thing I want to start, thought it might be something different).

I am fairly used to doing 2 classes in a row so that's not a prob.

Is this sufficient cardio & strength mixed in do you think?
