do the little stair steppers that count your mileage count? best time for me is at night and my kids would be sleeping so i couldnt go anywhere, and 100 miles in circles in my home would make me dizzy

see i like some fruit and some veggies, my problem is actually the meats, i am not a really big meat fan so i end up with ground beef and get tons of grossness with it, idk maybe i could find other foods that have protien- i am not a big pepper or onions kinda gal and alot of the posts have that kind of thing for flavor so…
