I have had IBS my whole life. Tons of food allergies and -ose intolerance's. Basically I should know better before eating sugars. I have pinpointed my IBS to a corn allergy though and its derivatives. Staying away fro the corn helps the IBS, but its never fully gone. Its super annoying. I do see a nutritionist and I am…

I have this (Year round:(). I find that when I take the normal environmental allergy seriously (clean house, A/C on in summer, allergy medicine daily) it is ok. Like when the spring tree's bloom, not to eat the fruits that cross react to the trees that time of year. Same for Fall. Also, have you been allergy tested…

Hi! I have similar allergies and I find feel better when I watch my diet. Oreo's may taste good, but I pay! There is also a food allergy sub board on here, you should search for it!!

me too. I spend a soild $200-250 on my family of 4. We all have food allergies and don't eat out too much. Its well over $1K a month when factoring it all in.

I agree the inches are great, but I still weigh a lot! I do want to see myself weighing less than what I do and in smaller clothes! I don't see how I can lose more inches, but still weight a ton!

I have not gain/lost more than 2 lbs (besides right before AF/TOM) in like 2 months. I am "thinner" though, def. I weight a lot so its noticeable.

It is expensive/ Add in food allergies and its a paycheck! I spend over almost 1K at the market every month. Its the only way really!

What did you wind up having? I had ham (unglazed, had to ask my MIL to cut me off a chunk of it before she glazed!), DH made me safe balsamic veggies and I made a safe cake for me and the kiddos. Everyone else pigged out on mac and cheese, green bean cassarole and all sorts of junk!

I would go to the DR! You could have an oat or grain allergy of sorts.

Don't have crohns, have IBS and 20+ food allergies. I use brown rice (jarrow) and mix kefir (coconut base) and add veggies ( i have to cook them a bit though) and stuff in. Since I can't eat most stuff raw, blending them helps.

if I am super hungry I will, but usually not really.

I am only 32 but my resting is between 48-55 usually. Has been my whole life. I wear a HRM and my rate gets up to the 140-150s. I use a polar ft4. I also think the ones on my machines at home are pretty accurate!

Did you do the IgE or IGG test? I have about 20 food allergies now. (I also have always had headaches and bad stomach issues) Some are def not anaphylaxsis. Corn, peanuts (anaphylactic) and all legumes(peas, string beans, soy!), treenuts (almonds, walnuts, etc) sesame, garlic, buckwheat, malt, hops, you name it, it goes on…

I have had it forever and I also have about 20 IgE allergies (legumes, tree nuts, soy, corn, fruits, spices and veggies). I tend to eat simple. No fruits (plus I have sugar absorption issues). I stick with veggies (cooked), simple carbs that I can eat and protein. I really keep things simple. I use spices. AS for meals. I…

legume nuts as well as some nut nuts, so I nix them all for cross contamination. No its dairy dairy allergy, not lactose intolerance. Plus my kids are allergic so we really don't cook with it. Maybe I can make some granola bars?

I don't so soy, but those are good ideas!

eggs are a maybe, I go back to the allergist in a few weeks. I am ok if they are baked but have issues when they are just cooked(you know scrambled etc). I have never thought of seeds, good idea! I am apparently in starvation mode.
