I've done weight watchers old points system several times and it's worked great. Until this past time. I use the materials I've saved over the years but the scale wouldn't budge. Started mfp and I've only gained weight. Thinking about switching back to weight watchers OLD system where fruits and veggies do count. I would…

I'm having the same problem! I don't feel as bloated as I did when I was on Ortho tri cyclen but I've gained about 5 lbs. I've been off of it for about 2 months. How long until hormones are back to normal and I can finally start losing weight!?

Well it was my weigh in day official today. I gained four pounds this week after last weeks loss of two pounds. I've done weight watchers and mfp now since February and have only gained 6 pounds.

It's a digital scale about 2 years old.

I also track my measurements and have not gained any inches. So to gain 7 lbs in a week and no inches confuses me as well!

That seems like a TON. MFP told me 1440.

I'm 24, 5'7 I fluctuate daily between 167-170 I workout (zumba/running/light weights) for about an hour each day. I'm usually moving around during the day, I'm pretty active.

quote WW leaves room for you to eat all those "free" fruits and veggies. That can add up to several hundred calories in a day. quote I do the old program where fruits and veggies do count as points.

Well yesterday was the first day I started MFP again after trying ww OLD system where fruits count. I ate most calories on MFP and I also kept track of ww points to see the difference. I ended up having about 3 points LEFT. Which was the opposite of what I was thinking was going to happen! Yesterday I ate high protein, low…

I was using the old WW program, I kept all of my materials where the fruit does count. The new program wasn't working for me.

I'm 167 and 5'7 female. I've been told by my doctor before that for my build and body (somewhat athletic), my weight is good for me, I just would like to be a tad smaller....155 :) My trainer that I WAS working with said if that's all I need to lose it's going to be a lot harder.

I'm thinking that I wasn't eating enough? That seems too low. From what I hear I'm supposed to keep it between 1200-1500. But in my mind if I can't lose at 1200 then how would I be able to at 1500? That's just the way I think though, but I know if you don't eat enough that your body can store the cals for fat.
