So I'm confused on how/ why to eat back exercise calories. I never did with weight watchers in the past and lost weight. BMR and Calories!
I just used the MFP tool to calculate my BMR, which is 1,546 calories. When I go into "goals" it says the Calories I burn by daily activity it says 1,930. Are these not supposed to be the same thing? Scale Won't Budge
I have been on MFP for about 2 months..I've lost 2 lbs. I am trying to lost that last 10-15 lbs. I am getting extremely frustrated because I track as well as work out. I don't eat junk food whatsoever and I'm pretty active. Any helpful hints, ideas and thoughts would be appreciated!!
