How Many Calories do I Record?

How many calories do you burn (average/generally) for an hour of zumba? I can't find it in the database! thanks

I used to record it as Aerobics, moderate effort. Zumba isnt listed in the database. But, I wanted a more accurate reading, so I invested in a heartrate monitor (a polar ft4).. its really motivating and makes me work harder to hit that 700 mark! I'm 5'3 and weigh about 207, and I average about 675/hour. People who weigh less, though, generally dont burn as much as a heavier person.
