I'm female, 5'7 and normally am around 161 lbs. I eat extremely healthy and do dance/ Zumba classes for an hour 7 days a week. I also do light weights. Anyways, in February i went up to 166 lbs and wanted to lose that weight. I did weight watchers for two months and didn't lose but gained a lb. So I stopped that and started mfp in may I got really sick with a virus and my weight really fluctuated. I hired a personal trainer while doing weight watchers again and gained two pounds. I didn't lose any inches but gained. Being extremely frustrated gaining those two pounds and inches in a month I tried just doing weight watchers and couldn't lose weight. Still at 168 I got back in mfp in September and have gained a lovely
4 pounds. So confused and any help would be amazing.

Are you actually measuring your foods or just eyeballing the amounts? If you aren't measuring (kitchen scale for solids, measuring cups/spoons for liquids) you aren't getting the proper information to add. A lot of times we think something is a serving but it's actually a lot more than a serving.

Are you paying attention to packages? Sometimes a serving of something is a lot less than we would assume (those 500ml cartons of milk in the store for example are actually two servings but no one normally only drinks half at once).

Are you double checking the nutrional information from the database to what you are actually eating? Not everything in the database is correct which can cause issues.

Where are your fruits and veggies? I looked at your diary and can't really see much fresh food. You seem to eat a lot of processed food which is loaded with sodium! Maybe start tracking sodium as well to see where your amounts falls.

Make sure you track everything! You have some holes in your tracking over the past week or so.
