Baby Weight Be Gone

Hello!
I have a 4 month old and during my pregnancy I gained 57 lbs (eeks!) despite tracking calories, exercising daily and talking with my doctor about my concern for gaining so much. In the first two weeks postpartum, I lost 17 lbs. I have only lost 1 lb since those first two weeks. I have tried weight watchers, the Shred diet (both have worked for me in the past). I've tried MFP before (pre-pregnancy) and it didn't really work. I started again this past Monday and am trying my best to track everything I eat. I also started running/power walking this week instead of zumba classes and have amped up my water intake. With a 4 month old trying to keep track of EVERYTHING is difficult (not trying to make excuses!). I'd love to lose these last 39 lbs. The MFP app has me eating 1400 cals a day, and I am curious as to the percentages/ratios of what my carbs, proteins and fats should be. Also, if any other new moms have any suggestions, that would be great!

I had my second child back in June 2013. This app works but you have to work for it too. Log 100%, that means no cheats, no off days, buy a food scale and weigh and measure everything you can, be careful of overestimation of calorie burns from exercise. And patience. Weight loss isn't linear, there will be weeks you don't lose for various reasons. Read this, it helped me immensely when I was starting out
