Well yesterday was the first day I started MFP again after trying ww OLD system where fruits count. I ate most calories on MFP and I also kept track of ww points to see the difference. I ended up having about 3 points LEFT. Which was the opposite of what I was thinking was going to happen! Yesterday I ate high protein, low fat. It felt good! Hopefully I'll be able to lose this way!0
