I started in May...I check on facebook to see if it's attainable for me...some are just way too advanced for my ability...be careful with advil...bad for your belly!

still "new" to crossfit, month two, goal is at least 3x a week!

I go in the am and try to get a little protein at least (usually a shakeology or protein shake) and bring lots of water. :)

I haven't been able to lose anything in three years...just keeps creeping up. Have lost 6-10 (fluctuates) from the beginning of the year...now have been doing fit bit/mfp together for about five weeks and nothing is coming off. thank you all...good to know i am not "alone" in this fight. I do eat mostly organic foods and avoid most dairy (I even use almond milk in my coffee). I will look up the eat more to weigh less group...I have been looking at the metabolic effect, too. Their next women's session starts in june...so I may do that as well.…

I love my vitamixer blender! Try to not do too many fruits as it jacks up your sugar. I love to add some raw honey in mine with a bunch of veggies.

keep accountable with the fit bit and on this site keeps me getting to the gym! last week it was hot here in new england...shorts came out and that was a nice wake up call too!

my hardest time is PMS!!! I want salt and carbs today! the scale is not moving for me, but I know I may be building muscle from my workouts and will keep on plugging. I am doing well with my eating and exercising...it's all good, right? Clothes are starting to fit better...I don't care what the scale may say!

40 mins of elliptical and weight training at the gym! just shy of 500 cals burned... maybe burn a little more to get to the 500 mark!

I had a photography class for seven hours...lots of sitting...but I did take the big long stairs up the the fourth floor three times! On my fitbit, it showed each flight of stairs counting as two! So I was excited to blast my stair climbing out of the water yesterday. :):wink:

I am a photographer...while you might think I get to run around with my camera...mostly I am sitting at my computer doing business stuff like marketing and website design, place orders and editing photos! The busier I get...the more weight I have gained :( Trying to reverse that trend now.
