Try switching it up: Do a 7 minute cardio low intensity warm up; the hit the weights or whatever you use in the gym for toning; this should not be more than 45 minutes;; do not over train; end workout with 20 min of cardio like treadmill intervals and cool down with slow stretching on the mat.

could be beginning of plantar faciatis...get orthotics or at least a dr scholls insert...sneakers are shot after 3 months of aerobic classes so you may have no support left; is it your "lead foot" ??? watch that you are not pounding as you work out...step lightly ; you must ice it and rest it so it can heal!

Try to sweat every day! Vary your workouts but try to do something you enjoy every day for a sustained period of time! It will keep you happy and motivated!

Try making homemade soup every week and eat some every day ; use all the veggies you can think of in a base of organic chicken or veggie broth. I use 7 vegetables in my soup and add a little tomato paste.
