doughnuts

So I have been on jury duty the last 2 days both days they have had 2 big boxes of doughnuts on the table we were setting at. And didn't even touch one I don't know how many times people kept asking are you sure you don't want one there awfully good. Yes they did look awfully good but every time I wanted one water become my new friend. Some of the people ate about 5 doughnuts a day and there skinny as a bone and I thought if ate like that I would gain another 20lbs for sure and I sure don't need that. But I was so proud of being able to set 10 hours each day in front of doughnuts and not eat one. So I am one step foward being able to not give in to the awfully good doughnuts.

Good for you, that's awesome! I admire the willpower! I too am discovering willpower, it makes you feel so much better afterwards than eating it, right??0

Great will power.... feed off of the will power rather than the glazed donuts and you will soon feel more confident in the ease that you can avoid that type of food.. temptations (brownies, pop tarts, etc) are all around
one dunken donuts glazed donut = 180 calories0 -
I have to report to jury duty on Monday morning. Second time in two years, it's not fair!! (first time was county court, this time it's district court so I don't qualify for a pardon because of different jurisdictions.)
The jury notice included the comment "coffee, juice, cookies and donuts will be provided." I'm terribly weak when it comes to bakery goods as they were my favorite before I started this journey. I don't keep any junk food in the house because I know I couldn't resist. If it's there, I'll eat it. I'm impressed with your willpower. Send good thoughts and hopefully I won't be like those other people and eat half a dozen. :sad:0 -
bizco your make it just think every one you would eat will put more weight on you. Just drink you some water and go on it's not as bad as I thought.0

congrats, that is an awesome victory for your willpower! last night i ate out but didn't have a single fry!0
