I only prepare G/F food for my family as I have coeliac disease and I do all the cooking! I make casseroles / stews (thicken with cornflour if necessary), chilli, curries with rice or potatoes in winter. In summer we tend to eat grilled meats or fish with salads and new potatoes. The only G/F sub food I buy is pasta for…

Try googling FODMAPS, your answer may be there. A low FODMAP diet is often recommended for those with IBS.

I'm Coeliac too (uk based) although I'm newly diagnosed and still trying to get my head round it. As my healthnhasvtaken a battering I'm trying to eat more healthily too. I have tended to avoid the 'replacement' items such as pastas and bread and I eat more potatoes and rice, but just tend to eat lower carb, lots of salad…

I'm 5ft 4.5 too. I'm maintaining my weight of 114 (trying anyway) by doing 5:2 as I can't cope with the low TDEE that a smallish body weight brings! Feel free to add me.

Can I join in too.? I started this week and have so far done 2 fasts, the first - Monday, was surprisingly easy. But the second - Thursday, was tough. I had lots of vegetable soup and drinks, which didn't ever satisfy me, and then iwas up twice in the night for the loo as I'd had so much to drink! I also went over a bit,…
