  • Day 4 Level 1 completed! My legs were not as painful today, could finally walk up and down stairs! Forgot to take measurements at the beginning so doing that tonight. Haven't weighed in since I started as was afraid I would see a gain so will weigh in and measure again on day 15 to hopefully see some good results!

  • Hi to all you shredders! Just completed day 2 of level 1 and I'm broken :) Before I started tonight my legs were really sore and now I can barely sit down! Agghhh. Please tell me I'm not alone in this agony. How long before it passes? I mean, by what day do you feel comfortable and not feel like your legs are on fire??
  • Just did my day 1 there this evening. Sweated lots and have a big crazy red face to show for it now. I did lots of extra stretching as the cool down is very short on the dvd. Had attempted this before, only managed 4 days but I'm determined to push through this time. Good luck with it!
