Sorry I wasn't on earlier but I totally forgot I was in a training all day today so I am away from my computer. The funny part, I was late for a Time Management training :laugh: OOPS!!!
I see the weigh-in's have already begun and so has my tracking YAY :happy:

Gosh I don't think I should be posting to you today! During the morning I have written 3 long posts and accidently erased them all. Then I highlighted my first sentence just now on accident and it erased:explode: :explode: This laptop is the best thing I have ever gotten, but it has it's touchy issues.

I am challenged alittle which I hate to say!!!! As you know I love to focus on the positive. Are any of you on the mentopause train?? I have been having signs here and there but maybe I have just bought a ticket!!!!! This week I have not felt like myself. Yes I have had stress but I feel in control and calm about that. I have been light headed and close to fainting, pressure in my head, burning hot face and hot flashes, and alittle nausas. The worst light headed spell I had I was DRIVING on the freeway!!! I was able to exit and rest, drink water and regroup. I am eating and drinking water, BP is OK. I have made an appt with my doctor but cant' see her for 2 weeks. I have lots of work next week and can't be feeling crappy! I also have to keep up with my workouts. I am on a roll and need to keep this positive habit! I rested the day of the big spell. Yesterday I had another one, I skipped my gym workout since that instructor would have killed me, but I took a 2.5 mile walk with big hills to burn some calories.
I have a couple more stories but will check in later. I don't want to take up a whole page by giving you a novel to read :ohwell:

Hey Positive Power - yep, I have a ticket on the menop train too. I may have gotten the half-fare because things haven't been really bad (yet). I hope I have a loss like that with MY ticket0

PLEASE PLEASE take care......... maybe a dose of IV antibiotics is all you need. Oh, and rest - but you won't get that in the hospital!0 -

On track.. Hopefully my hubby does not encourage not so healthy eating... Some times I swear he does not want me to loos weight... Love him with all my heart!! But sometime he hinders my diet... Oh well no excuses!!! Back on track tomorrow!! Yes I will do this...
I have about 10 pounds to make my CCC goal and I would actually like to loose closer to 13... That would be a big mark for me I'd be back to pre-pregnancy weight... Wow can't wait!!

Wow Mel you are almost there! I bet you can see your goal around the corner!!! It looks like a losing week for alot of us :bigsmile: So let's make sure we focus and don't get discouraged if next week is not as good...that's what I need to be prepared for.
I woke up alittle while ago and didn't want to go to the gym. I don't feel like running either!! Those thoughs scare me to death!!!! Since you may know i have been an exercise freak lately! I wasn't feeling myself yesterday and forced myself to go to cycling so I could burn calories. I didn't give it my all but I still managed to burn 400. I have my step class I normally go to that I should leave for in 15mins. I have decided to go to yoga at 11.... pick up, water laundry, then gym. I have it in my head and I have told you so that's my plan. If I have it in me maybe I will tread mill to get some running in.

Wow I'm so tired today !! The Miranda lambert concert was AMAZING!! Between her and Justin Moore I sang and DANCED my butt off !! However between not traking my food and a really fruity margarita I still went over. I logged all my food and drinks today though, so I am holding myself responsable for my decisions. It was worth it! We haven't had a girls night in forever!! And lemme just say, I I've radio station tickets! We were so close it was unbelievable.
But enough about my night lol. How is everyone else doing with the dance challenge?? I've notices quite a few loses so far! CONGRATS to all of you an I hope everyone else continues with the
Loses!! I'll be weighing in tomorrow and hopefully I can join y'all, but I'll be ok if I don't. I haven't made to many good choices this week and I haven't had time to do shred since Monday. :-(. I can feel the lack of excersise ...

Wow, so many people are losing a lot this week! I haven't weighed in yet so I'm hoping some of this success will rub off on me!
I'm nervous about weigh-in because while I did my usual weight training 3x this week, I was only able to go for my walk twice, because I have pain in my left hip flexor (which I seem to have made worse when I decided to jog during my walk).

Here's my workout update! Earlier I said I was going to take it easy and didn't feel like going to the gym...scarey thought!!!!!! So I pushed myself to go...I did 30 mins on the treadmill and was then going to go to yoga......Yoga was cancelled for a 2HOUR ZUMBA class :noway: I was soo looking forward to yoga. But I stayed and did zumba and burned over 1000 calories in 2.5 hours.
I am proud of myself. I might enjoy some wine tonight :drinker:

i had a great time kayaking this morning. It was the first time I had gone in quite a while because my husband had been sick, but all is well now and we had a great time. Perfect weather here in South Carolina.

Well, it's Sunday morning in my world. We had a family birthday party yesterday. There was three cakes for the event and 3 birthdays to celebrate. Yes, I had cake 1 piece when it was served in the afternoon and another when it was served after supper. I don't usually drink and las night I had 2 strawberry daiquirries. I'm sure my calories were out of this world.
Also, this week TOM is visiting so I was in too much pain to go to my zumba class. I'm scared to see what the weigh-in will be like. I'm not at home right now and nowhere near a scale. So, I will weigh in tomorrow morning. I always weigh in the morning after watching the Dr. Oz show.0 -

Sorry guys, everyone is doing really well and don't want to let the side down. I had lost quite a few pounds over the last few weeks so thought I might slow down but not gain. Just means I need to be extra careful and work harder this week.
