I drank 80 oz and goal was 76oz just under the wire.

76 oz/9.5 glasses. I bought this cool water jug type bottle at the healthfood store that holds 2 litres/8 glasses yesterday. I think I will fill it up everyday plus drink a glass and a half of water first thing with my vitamins.

day 7 1hr run go to yoga put away my clothes

went to swimclub 1hr and did a 14.1 mile run. I have been doing a raw food cleanse and was starved the last 1/2 of my run.

I am running a race at the ski hill it's going to be muddy and hilly 10 km, 5 min or more of abs, drink 8 glasses of water or more and keep under 1200 calories of 80% clean foods.

Another thing I do is track my weight and measurements weekly on a spread sheet and total my inches for the week.
