Raisins are good to munch on, or rivita bites, or a small bad of milk buttons. its all in moderation. to be honest the salted isnt much better! i love it! but a small is 300kcals! yikes!!

Thanks all!! I put in circuit training figured the kcals then added it as my own exercise so i can call it the right thing! :)

I dont eat.. want to lose weight faster.. I sometimes might go over by a little bit with exercise but they to leave the majority of the kcals untouched! Would rather not exercise and stick to 1200.. than exercise and eat more kcals.. but thats just me!

I registered for a half marathon in sept for the same reason! To keep me motivated and on track to keep running! At the moment i have only dont one 10k! Have another three lined up for the summer then the big one! Anyone undertaking a similar thing feel free to add me for mutual support and encourgment!
