After so many comments on here... waiting for it to come in the post. Just a bit confused with the different levels and when to do each level etc. Will this be made clear on the dvd? Also does everyone do it 30 days in a row? Im training for a run so need to still get out there would it be to much to do this and run at the…

What shall i have for dinner tonight..
Our oven and grill is broken.. so i can use the gas hob or the steamer. (or the slow cooker but im running out of time for that) Dont like eating fish , apart from that were pretty easy going.. Just wondered if anone had a yummy different dinners! :flowerforyou:

Eating before exercise
This morning i am up and off to my first Spinning class of the new start! Should i eat breakfast before or after? I have an hour till I should be there? I dont want to eat and feel sick, but also i dont want to go dizzy as i havent eaten. Any advice appreciated! Chrissie
