Davina Power of 3 DVD

Hello!
So I am starting fresh after two months of not loosing much weight at all! I have tried all sorts of exercises and work outs, last week i also tried the Davina DVD after many many years. My problem is sticking with it and actually getting going and into a routine!
I was shocked how hard Divinas DVD was, it works you. I didnt feel it at the time but after my legs ached for a few days! It also provides a good all over work out coveing the 'problem areas' Although even after having such a motivational experience i have dont done it since!
I just wondered if any one else had the DVD out there and wanted to join a support group. We could agree to do it on set days on times of the week and motivate each other on!

I bought a Davina DVD box set a while back, and I'm pretty sure one of them is the Power of 3 one!
Which I think proves that I need to get back in to it...0 -
I have all of her exercise dvd's, they are all great workouts, and it certainly burns some cals,0

I would say 3 times a week is good, then we can have a rest day or do some other sort of dvd / exercise0

Ok im thinking Monday, Wednesday, Friday,accept im away from Thursday so might start fresh next weekend!0
