After so many comments on here... waiting for it to come in the post.

Just a bit confused with the different levels and when to do each level etc. Will this be made clear on the dvd?

Also does everyone do it 30 days in a row? Im training for a run so need to still get out there would it be to much to do this and run at the same time?

Not to sure what ive let myself in for! :)

    Its recommended you work out 5-6 times a week and you do each level for 10 days. Its a great work out, good luck! I'm currently doing Ripped in30 and C25K :wink:

    When I did it I got up early each morning (say 5 days out of 7) to do it and then ran 4 evenings a week. I didn't find it too hard on the legs, just generally a little tiring. OH used to have a little sleep afterwards though!
