After so many comments on here... waiting for it to come in the post.
Just a bit confused with the different levels and when to do each level etc. Will this be made clear on the dvd?
Also does everyone do it 30 days in a row? Im training for a run so need to still get out there would it be to much to do this and run at the same time?

Its recommended you work out 5-6 times a week and you do each level for 10 days. Its a great work out, good luck! I'm currently doing Ripped in30 and C25K0

When I did it I got up early each morning (say 5 days out of 7) to do it and then ran 4 evenings a week. I didn't find it too hard on the legs, just generally a little tiring. OH used to have a little sleep afterwards though!0
